How To Care For Hair Accessories TOP
Products should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Washer and Dryer not reccommended for these products.
Bows are sprayed with a fabric stiffner to help hold their shape. Should they start to lose their stiffness, respray with starch and allow to dry.
Embellishments are as secure as we can make them. But please note that even under normal wear, they can become loose and fall off. If this happens simply hot glue embellishment back in place. None of our hair accessories are intended to be used as toys. All hair accessories should be worn under adult supervision. Please see our Disclaimer. Custom orders are always welcome! Simply contact us by clicking the "Contact" button on the left hand side of the page. Describe what you're wanting and we'll get in touch with you to make it happen. Please keep in mind custom orders may take longer depending on whether or not I the materials needed on hand. How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Generally it takes 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks for orders to ship. Orders ship once payment is received. Please keep in mind that I hand make all accessories myself, so it does take a little bit of time. Shipping also depends on the volume of orders ahead of yours. If your needing an order "Rushed", I'll gladly accomodate your request the best I can. Please notify me at the time of checkout, the date you need your order by in the "Special Request" section of your shopping cart. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee. How do I choose which kind of Clip I should use? TOP
Alligator Clips are recommended for babies and little girls with thin/fine hair. Alligator Clips are partially lined with grosgrain ribbon to help aid in holding the clip in place. Adding our "No Slip" option gives a little extra security in keeping it in place, as well. The Alligator Clip can be used to slide in hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once hair is already in the ponytail. Alligator Clips work well in all our Basic Bows, Korkers and Smaller/Petite Boutique Bows. Because of the weight of our Large Boutique Bows, we recommend French Barrettes. French Barrettes work well in older girls hair and in girls with thicker/longer hair. But also work well in fine hair if placed in a ponytail. Both Alligator Clips and French Barrettes can easily slide through the strap of our headbands.
Pony-O's are reccommended for any bow that might be used while playing sports.

Our headbands are One Size Fits all and will generally fit newborn to around 2 years. Naturally it all depends on the little girl. It's been my experience that the Crocheted Headbands do run a little bit smaller so they fit a newborn a little better but give the same stretch as a the Fabric Headbands so can still be worn up to 2 years. Where our Fabric Headbands start fitting good at around 2 to 3 months.
Our Crocheted Hats come in 2 sizes, Infant and Toddler. Again, it's been my experience that Infant Hats start fitting at around the age of 2 months, but really it all depends on the little girl. Toddler Hats are good for ages around 18 months all the way up to 3 or 4 years of age. How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is a Flat Rate of $5.25 no matter the size of the order. All orders are shipped Priority through the USPS. Orders that are $50.00 or more will receive free shipping. Do you do refunds? TOP
Bows, headbands, clippies, korkers, hats and custom items are non-
refundable. All sales are final. If you are returning an item in favor of an
exchange, all shipping costs are the purchasers responsibility, unless we are
